"My wife and I belong to CMA Christian Motorcyclist Association. One of our chapters had a Biker Breakfast at the dealership. My wife saw this Yamaha Trike there, which she fell in love with. We met with Doug the Asst Sales Manager. He really took his time and told us about the trike. I really was not interested in buying another bike at the time. We collected some information and put a deposit down on it. We met with Turk the Sales Manager, he was also very nice. We ended up getting the trike. We had to return after a couple of days because the engine light came on. They said that a sensor would have to be ordered. At that time we met Adrian the Service Manager and Jeff, Alex, Vick who was in charge of the financing and Audie. Everyone we met was so pleasant to deal with. Even Osker who keeps the place neat and clean. He had a little accident and had to go to the hospital while we were there., and we pray that he is doing well, we put him on our prayer list. It was a pleasure to me him. Our headlight went out and Jeff the mechanic found some faulty wiring that they had nothing to do with. I can’t say enough about how the service the bikes and they don’t want them to leave unless everything is alright. I remember Doug telling me when I first met him, about the bikes. It had to be inspected, he said Adrain’s crew in the service dept. don’t let any bikes leave there unless they are right. It sounded good, a lot of people say that, but I believe them. Like I said earlier about the light, Jeff worked on my bike like it was his bike, he didn’t let me leave until it was right, he didn’t just want to put any kind of part on the bike, he wanted to do it the right way. I am not saying that these guys are perfect and don’t make mistakes, but Clinton Cycle seems like a true family of brothers and sister that have fun and work together, and treat people right. On behalf of my wife Sharon and myself, we would like to thank the Clinton Cycle family for taking care of us., but most of all their attitude about servicing others. Once again that all of you, keep doing what you are doing. We do like the trike, but most of all we love how we were treated and how Clinton Cycle backed up their commitment."

"Just have to say that this is the most awesome customer service. My alarm went dead and immobilized the bike, a few days before having to go off on a trip. They did such an awesome job at getting it up and running on time.
Honestly, of all dealerships I have been to for my previous bikes, never have I experienced this level of service.

"I started taking my bike to clinton cycles about 7 years ago after visiting another shop in the area who told me I needed a new suspension system which would cost $2500. Clinton Cycles told me I just needed a bolt to hold the system in place which only cost $30.00. In my experince clinton cycle mechanics know whats going on and they dont try to get over on you. I have never had a problem"

"Today I expected to pick-up my bike, but originally was unable to because there were no batteries available. But Jeff the lead mechanic went beyond the call of duty. He not only took me to several stores to find a battery. He then took me took another dealership so that I could purchase a battery for my bike. He then charged the battery and made sure that it worked today well after the close of business. Approximately 8:30 on a Saturday. This is not the first time that Jeff has done this type of service for my bike, he has spent countless hours beyond the time limits and cost of time with his family getting my Triumph 675 back on the road. I am really thankful for Jeff, Lee, Brandon, and Kruze for all of the work that they have poured into helping me as a motorcyclist."

"Just wanted to thank the folks at Clinton Cycle for what I think has been excellent service in support of my 2007 Triumph Thruxton motorcycle. I've been provided with professional service from the sale and service of my bike. Thanks to Kevin in sales, Steve in Parts, Tina and Shawn in Service. Even though the milage is low my bike did developed an intermittent problem which made the bike shut off while running. Clinton Cycle's Service department diagnosed the problem as a faulty inductive coil, replaced it under warranty, characteristics of a professional organization. Testing the repairs skills of the technician that worked on my bike, over the Columbus Day holiday week-end I took a 475 mile round trip ride through central Virginia. The bike ran superbly, meaning it didn't miss a beat, just smooth sailing. Even that stretch of interstate where I cranked it up to 90mph and beyond was done effortlessly. Thanks Clinton Cycle for getting me back on the road with confidence. "
