Well hello again to all our fellow bikers out there…well 2005 was a great year here at Clinton Cycles. The Triumphs were a big smash and the new 2006 models are even more awesome…especially the return of the speed triple and the much anticipated new D675…the all new state of the art Daytona 675 middleweight. 06’ will see us saying goodbye to the much loved Daytona 955i but getting innovative new models like the Scrambler. The Triumph Classics will remain basically the same but with some new colors…..get in here to see all the new Triumphs and take advantage of our reduced pricing on selected new 06’s. 2006 will see even bigger and better Open Houses for everyone to attend…first one is Saturday, March 25th from 10-4. Check out our website events section to keep up-to-date on all the happenings. Remember ladies and fellas , Clinton Cycles Open Houses are “THE” event…with average attendance from 2000 to 4000 per day!!!...Free barbecue , burgers ,dogs , salads ,chips ,fixins’ ,drinks…Live music…Modeling shoots….Biker clubs and vendor reps everywhere. We also began having Triumph welcome parties and cookouts, which were very well attended so we’ll keep them going in 06’. They’re like small informal Open Houses on Saturdays where we have Triumph demo rides, Triumph parts and accessories super sales and Triumph service specials. All these Triumph welcome parties are open to past, current and prospective Triumph owners and are done with our DC rat pack to help us out. A big shout out to our Rat Pack members who are so valuable to us here at the shop…great job guys. You asked for it (the Triumph welcome parties)…you got it…and it worked!!!! This winter we are stocking up on hundreds of beautiful used bikes for a fast paced 2006 sales season…we already have a selection in excess of 400 units and it’s only January!!!!. Our service department had its best “on time” performance year ever. More customers were taken care of and put back on the road in lower average time, than in any year dating back to 1988….now that’s customer service! The service technician staff has now been together for over 7 combined years, on average, so they work extremely well as a team, for all your bike’s needs. We now have 5 fully certified state inspection techs to get you in and out in a hurry. And our labor rate is still unchanged for 2 years now!...That means great service, fast and at a fair price. Our parts department also had a great year helping you guys out, adding those special touches to your Cruisers, Sportsbikes and Tourers. We are the largest LOCKHART dealer in the southern Maryland area, largest ICON dealer and our tire prices are still the lowest around, to mention just a few of the parts staff accolades. We will have the new Dunlop 209’s in 06’,as well as the new Pirelli super corsa pro’s and whatever else is the latest in the market. Our chrome wheel program took off like we thought it would…give Steve and the guys in parts a call to get on the list for new chrome wheels, for the riding season and especially for Myrtle Beach. Both Steve and myself will be running the full slate of AMA CCS road racing events this year. Ranging from the Jennings GP in Florida in January to South Carolina, Georgia , Summit Point and the awesome Virginia International Raceway….this allows us to bring back our track and race experience to the customer and better serve your questions and needs...it also keeps the whole staff up-to-date on the leading edge of technology. We will also be a Team Promotion track day outlet for you aspiring road racers and those of you that just wish to experience the awesome feeling of riding to your own limits on a real race track. Yes, you can take your street bike on a race track and see how good you really are…see Steve in parts for dates and details on Team Promotion events. Well, I believe that should give everyone in the biker community something to look forward to at Clinton Cycles for the 2006 season….new bikes, huge open houses , newest parts and accessory updates in stock and just too much to mention.
